Accolades

I'm currently a student at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA) where I play alto saxophone. LACHSA is an audition only school that offers a specialized program combining college-preparatory academic instruction and conservatory-style training in the visual and performing arts. It's on the campus of California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA).

To get to school I wake up at 5:00 am and leave my home by 5:45 am to catch a train to Los Angeles. From school, I take a train to my nationally ranked, top 10, gym in Santa Clarita, CA. I am coached by Olympian Raj Bhavsar for four hours, six days a week. I'm also the lead saxophonist in my high schools big band, Associate Student Body (ASB) Treasure, a member of my own Jazz band Dominate 7, and play locally around town as an intern with a Top 40 cover band managed by de Bois Entertainment.

As you can see, I'm not afraid of hard work and I know everything that I do will pay off. Below you will find a list of some of my academic, music and gymnastics accomplishments:

volunteer Work

I love to volunteer at Operation Gratitude - Operation Gratitude annually sends 200,000+ care packages filled with food, entertainment, hygiene, and handmade items, plus personal letters of appreciation to Veterans, First Responders, New Recruits, Wounded Heroes, their Care Givers, and to individually named U.S. service members deployed overseas and their families waiting at home.

In addition, my Jazz band, Dominate 7 (D7), often plays for special events and the elderly at retirement and assisted living facilities.

my goals

  • Graduate from high school with honors

  • Obtain a scholarship from a top college in the United States

  • Major in Business / Architecture / Interior Design

  • Go to the Olympics in 2024 and win a Gold Medal

  • Own my own company by 2025 that also gives back to the community and helps revive and make gymnastics programs more readily available and desirable to all.
